4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in the selected currency.
Payment must be completed before order processing.
Accepted payment methods include online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD).
For COD orders, your phone number and delivery address are used solely to confirm and fulfill your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is handled as per our Shipping Policy.
Standard delivery usually takes 5–13 business days within UAE.
Free shipping is provided on all orders.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, peak seasons, or incorrect address details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled as per our Returns & Refund Policy.
Full Refunds: For defective, damaged, wrong item, or items not as described/specifications, a 100% refund will be issued, including return shipping.
Change of Mind Returns: If you return an unused, unopened item that is not defective, the refund = Order Total – Actual Return Shipping Costs. You are responsible for return shipping.
All items must be returned in original packaging unless damaged.
Non-returnable items (health/hygiene products with broken seals) are not eligible except in cases of defects.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed.

8. Warranty

All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty as specified on the product packaging or description.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects but not damage from misuse.
