Thank you for shopping with Dental Drop. We are committed to providing high-quality oral health products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Please read this Returns & Refund Policy carefully.
1. OUR REFUND & RETURN PROMISE
At Dental Drop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a product you receive is defective, damaged, not as described, or incorrect, you may request a return or refund under the terms below.
2. RETURN & REFUND TIMEFRAME
- Return/Refund Request Window: You must submit your request within 14 days of receiving your order. This period aligns with UAE consumer protection standards and international e-commerce best practices.
- For defective or damaged products discovered after 14 days but within the warranty period, please contact us immediately for warranty service.
3. HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST
To request a return or refund:

• Your order number
• Photos or video showing the issue
• A short description of the problem
4. ELIGIBLE RETURN CONDITIONS
We will accept a return/refund request if any of the following apply:
You received a defective or damaged item.
The item is significantly different from the product description.
You received the wrong product.
The item does not meet the specifications stated on our website or packaging.
For Change of Mind Returns:
We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of receipt for reasons other than defects. See Section 5 for applicable refund amounts.
Products must be returned unused, with original packaging intact (unless damaged). If the damage was caused during delivery, proof of damage must be provided.
5. REFUND AMOUNT
For Supplier Errors (defective, damaged, wrong item, not as described):• Full Refund: You will receive 100% of your order amount back – NO deductions or handling fees.
• Return Shipping: We cover all return shipping costs.
• No Penalties: You will not be charged any restocking or handling fees.
For Change of Mind Returns:
If you return an item that is not defective or incorrect (change of mind):
• Refund Amount = Order Total – Actual Return Shipping Costs
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• You are responsible for return shipping costs
Refund Processing:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to reflect from the date we receive and approve the returned item (for physical returns) or from the date we approve your refund request (for items not requiring return), depending on your bank or provider.
6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- If the reason for return is due to a supplier error (defective, wrong item, damaged), we cover return shipping in full.
- If the return is due to change of mind or buyer preference, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened, used, or if packaging seal is broken:
- Toothbrushes (if packaging opened)
- Teeth whitening strips or gels (if seal broken)
- Custom-fitted mouth guards or dental appliances
- Oral care products with broken hygiene seals
- Any product marked “non-returnable” at time of purchase
Exception: If any of these items arrive defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the above restrictions.
7. ADDITIONAL CONSUMER PROTECTION & RIGHTS
Under UAE consumer protection laws, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on E-Commerce, customers have certain rights regarding online purchases. These rights include the ability to return goods that are defective, damaged, or not as described. Sellers must display clear refund and return terms, and handle disputes fairly and promptly.

8. GENERAL LIMITATIONS
- Products that have been used or are clearly marked non-returnable (see Section 6A) are not eligible for refund except when defective or not as described.
• We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing a refund.
• Fraudulent or abusive return requests may result in denial of refund and account suspension.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
- All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty as specified on product packaging or description
• Warranty period varies by product (typically 30-90 days for dental devices)
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage from misuse
• Contact us within the warranty period if you discover defects
