All orders placed on Dental Drop are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, packaging preparation, and final dispatch.

Note: Orders placed on weekends (Friday-Saturday) or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery time from shipment date is:

Standard Shipping:
• Delivery usually takes 5 to 13 business days to reach UAE addresses.
• Delivery times include order processing, carrier transit, and customs clearance.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasional delays due to customs inspections, peak seasons, or logistical issues may occur.Peak Season Notice: During Ramadan, Eid holidays, and other peak shopping periods, deliveries may take 2-5 additional business days.

3. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s tracking system.
Tracking helps you know exactly when your order is out for delivery, giving you full visibility.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Free Shipping is provided on all orders to UAE locations, no shipping fee will be charged at checkout.
If you opt for an upgraded or express shipping option (if offered), additional charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.• Minimum Order: No minimum order value required for free shipping

5. DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS

Please be aware that:

UAE Customs clearance can sometimes cause delays that are out of our control.
Remote or rural delivery addresses may take slightly longer than urban locations.
Orders with incorrect address details may be delayed or returned.

Important: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

In case of any delivery delay beyond the estimated timeframe, we will update you with the latest status and expected arrival window.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

• All orders are shipped within the UAE / [OR: from international warehouses]
• For UAE domestic orders: No customs duties apply

6. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and details.
We will help investigate the issue with the carrier and work toward a replacement or refund as per our Returns & Refund Policy.

For Damaged Shipments:

Do not discard packaging or damaged items
Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged product
Send photos to support@thedentaldrop.com within 48 hours of delivery
We will arrange immediate replacement or full refund
